<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of producing and transporting by directly changing and packing contact materials for propagation of microorganisms into a septic tank while continuously producing of the materials. CONSTITUTION:Raw material powder 4 for the contact materials is charged from a raw material charging pipe 3 into a continuous producing and cutting machine 2 for contact materials which is tentatively installed alongside a septic tank body 1 under installation. The contact material 5 is continuously produced in the machine. The continuously produced contact material 5 is cut to the contact materials 6 of a suitable length at the time when the material is blown out of the producing and cutting machine 2. The cut materials are packed into the septic tank through a transporting pipe 7. The contact materials are randomly and rapidly packed in the entire area in the tank at the front end of the transporting pipe 7 and, therefore, the cost of transporting and packing the contact materials is nearly '0'.</p> |
