<p>PURPOSE:To improve the cutting of a fluid by providing a rotating shaft in which a passage constituting a part of a force-feeding passage is formed in the force-feeding passage, passing a pressurized fluid through the force-feeding passage, rotating the rotating shaft to open and close the passage and discharging a specified amt. of the fluid. CONSTITUTION:A fluid is pressurized and passed through a force-feeding passage 8, the passage 8 is opened and closed, and a specified amt. of the fluid is discharged. In this case, a rotating shaft 20 in which a passage part 8c constituting a part of the passage 8 is formed is provided in the passage 8. The shaft 20 is positioned at a specified rotational position to allow the passage part 8c to communicate with the passage 8 other than the passage part 8c. After a specified amt. of the fluid is discharged, the shaft 20 is turned to a specified angle to prevent the communication of the passage part 8c with the passage 8 other than the passage part 8c, and the discharge of the fluid is stopped. Consequently, the fluid is not returned when the discharge is stopped, and the fluid is excellently cut.</p> |
