In this syringe, the plunger consists of: - a main plunger (6) which, mounted slidably and with sealing effect in the body (2), has a tubular part delimiting a cavity (8), closed off at its front end by a wall (9) comprising an opening (10), - and a secondary plunger (14) which, arranged at the end of the operating rod (5), is mounted inside the cavity (8) of the main plunger (6), with the possibility of axial displacement, the secondary plunger being made integral in axial terms with the main plunger by means of a packing ring (20) when the syringe is filled for the first time, and - the main plunger and the secondary plunger are designed in such a way that, under the action of an external pressure, since the main plunger comprises a central opening, the secondary plunger is displaced relative to the main plunger before the main plunger is displaced in the cylinder, and this takes place in the event of an attempted second filling. <IMAGE>
