PURPOSE:To attempt an improvement in production efficiency, standardization in quality and labor-saving, by performing automatically and continuously a process from molding of a base up to a finish process where a skin material is stuck to the base. CONSTITUTION:When a top force 20 is lowered under a state where a skin material 6 is set in a bottom force 14 and molten plastic 5x is fed on the skin material 6, the molten plastic 5x is decompression-molded and simultaneously with formation of a base 5 the skin material 6 is pressure-contacted to the surface of the base 5. In this instance, the skin material 6 forced out through the outer circumference is cut off and the skin material 6 is cut off into a fixed form. When gas 33 is blown off to the fringe part 6c of the skin material 6 from a pressure source 26 through a gas pipeline, after only a slide part 19b is lifted by contracting only a cylinder 22 in succession, the fringe part 6c of the skin material 6 is rolled into the rear of the base 5. When the slide part 19b is lowered again with extension of the cylinder 22 under this state, the fringe part 6c of the skin material 6 is pressure-contacted to the rear of the base 5 and a laminated molding 7 is formed. |
