PURPOSE:To obtain function of amounting box and protecting function of a content by providing a wall maintained in noncontact with an ink jet cartridge and a recess for supporting the cartridge in a vessel body and a member for covering a discharge port. CONSTITUTION:A packaging vessel is composed of a vessel body 1 and a platelike member (bottom plate) 3 integrated therewith. The both 1 has a wall (c) maintained in noncontact with an ink jet recording head (content) 2, a recess for supporting the content 2 protruding toward the interior (content containing region (d)) from the wall (c) and fixing its position, and a flange (b) to be integrated with the plate 3. A discharge port 10 of the cartridge 2 is maintained in noncontacting state with the wall in the containing space. When the corner having the discharge port, out of the four corners of the space, is increased the discharge port is desirably protected. |
