PURPOSE:To attain efficient communication independently of the utilizing speed of a terminal equipment by storing once information from an information center to a buffer of a terminal equipment and then utilizing the information. CONSTITUTION:An information center 2 retrieves information requested from the user and fed to a buffer 132 provided in a terminal equipment 1 through a communication line 3. A user extracts the information sent from the buffer 132 as required. Thus, the user of the terminal equipment 1 acquires preferred video information from the information center 2 and reproduces the information at a time other than the communication time. Thus, it is possible to make the reproduction speed and the communication speed independent and the efficient communication not affected by the utilizing speed of the terminal equipment 1 is attained. |
