<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and improve the workability by providing a combustion gas nozzle, a mixing chamber, a spouting nozzle body, a flange plate around the periphery of the mixing chamber, a burner head which has distribution holes for gas mixture and attached on the flange plate, and a cylindrical secondary flame port body. CONSTITUTION:A secondary flame port cylindrical body 21 and a mixing chamber 22, which are connected together, are inserted into an opening of a burner case 20 and connected to a heat exchanger 1. A pre-mixed gas intake port 23 are formed into one piece with the mixing chamber 22 on one side of the mixing chamber 22, a spouting nozzle body 24 with spouting nozzles 24a is protruded on the other side, and a flange plate 25 is provided around the mixing chamber 22. A flange 21c of the secondary flame port body 21 is mounted on the flange plate 25 together with a burner head 26. The burner head 26 has distribution holes 26a, and combustion air is led into the burner case 20 from a fan 4, sucked from the pre-mix intake port 23 into the mixing chamber 22 together with fuel gas from a fuel gas nozzle 6 and mixed with fuel gas. On the other hand, secondary combustion air is introduced inside from flame ports 21a of the secondary flame port body 21.</p> |
