PURPOSE:To simply produce a product having a highly glossy surface with mat rolls without exchanging the rolls by applying water to the surface of a cooling roll at the coiling side during extrusion laminating. CONSTITUTION:Molten resin is extruded between a pressing roll 3 and a cooling roll 4 with a T-shaped extrusion die 6 and laminated on a base sheet 1. During this extrusion laminating, water and/or alcohol is applied to the surface of the cooling roll 4 with a feeding and applying device 5 set at the coiling side. A product having a highly glossy surface can simply be produced with mat or semimat rolls without exchanging the rolls. The releasability of the surface of the laminated resin from the cooling roll is improved and productivity is enhanced. |
