<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a silicone composition which can give a rubber molding of excellent insulation properties by mixing a silicone composition with a fine microporous inorganic powder impregnated with dimethylsilicone oil. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. fine microporous powder (a) of a particle diameter of 1-70mum, a mean particle diameter of 1-40mum and an oil absorption of 200-800ml/100g is impregnated with 100-600 pts.wt. dimethylsilicone oil (b) of formula I (wherein (n) is a positive integer). A silicone rubber composition comprising a polymer component having units of formula II (wherein R1-2 are each an alkyl such as methyl or ethyl, an aryl such as phenyl or a polyfluoroalkyl such as trifluoropropyl or the like) in the skeleton and optionally a filler or the like is mixed with 0.1-30wt.% (in terms of component (b), based on the silicone rubber, impregnated powder prepared above.</p> |
