The first perforated casing encloses the gas channel in connection with the housing inlet, and the second such casing is located at a distance from the first, and fitted in the housing. Heat-resistant cushions are fitted between the casings, and the housing outlet is formed on the side of the second casing opposite to the filter cushions. The gas channel is formed as an expansion chamber (15), the cross-section of which is at least three times are large as the internal throughflow area of the exhaust gas pipe. - The perforation on the side of the second casing opposite to the filter cushions (14) forms at least partly a direct outlet (17) for the filter hat (1).
