The mechanism has a tension wheel (4), driving a shaft (8). The wheel is located on a pivot about the shaft, and transmits its rotary movement directly onto the shaft, or a drive wheel (9) connected to it; or indirectly, via a drive wheel (10) connected to the tension wheel.
