<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate such document processes including the rewrite, the insertion, the deletion, etc., by controlling a display data production means so as not to display the document data on a designated part and storing the documents divided and displayed after showing the relevant information at the non-displayed area. CONSTITUTION:A divided display process means 5 controls a display data pro duction means 2 so that the document data on the part pointed by a pointing device 3 is not displayed on a display means 4. A divided area display means 6 shows the relevant information at the area which is not displayed by the means 5 via a display means 4. A text control means 7 stores the divided and displayed documents in a store means. Thus it is possible to easily delete and rewrite the documents such as the comments, etc., and to store these documents. Then the document processes including the rewrite, the insertion, the deletion, etc., can be facilitated.</p> |
