The lever operated felling cart acts as a work horse for debranching tree trunks. It may be used for measuring and cutting them to length. It has a transverse bearing axle (2) between wheels, and shafts (4a,4b,4c), and a cradle (6) to hold the trunk (S) is supported by the axle (2) and long bearer (4). The cradle (6) is fixed to a lever mechanism (5,11) which can swing about on an axis parallel to the axis (3) of the wheels (1). USE/ADVANTAGE - Can lift tree trunks to a relatively high processing position with comparative ease.
