PURPOSE:To inspect an oil loading pipe safely and quickly, by travelling a video camera provided to a self-travelling dolly which is subjected to a remote control from a ship in an oil loading pipe and monitoring an image on the ship. CONSTITUTION:Oil in an oil loading pipe 2 is pulled out and a self-travelling dolly 10 is entered from an opening. The dolly 10 travells freely in the pipe with a travelling apparatus 16 controlled by a controlling equipment 40 and an external appearance of the bottom is photographed by a video camera 14. A cleaning equipment 30 equipped with a grinder etc. is provided in front of the camera 14 remote-controllably and the bottom of the pipe 2 is photographed clearly. A picture photographed by the camera 14 is modulated into a microwave and is sent from an antenna 32 to an antenna 34. Then, the picture is displayed on a monitor television 38 on a ship and also, is recorded on a magnetic tape of a recording equipment 39. Accordingly, a video of the television 38 is monitored by an inspector and also, an inspection is carried out by projecting the picture of the equipment 39 on the television 38 repeatedly even after the inspection. |
