<p>PURPOSE: To provide a container with many treating processes simultaneously while the same is in a filling process by maintaining a pre-load applied to the container before filling and by performing under the pre-load next processes along the transporting path of the container. CONSTITUTION: In first transporting area AB on a transporting path, a bottle 2 under high pressure to be filled is pre-loaded by a gas, and in the following transporting area BC, the bottle 2 is filled and simultaneously is either labelled or printed. For this purpose, on the transporting area BC, two label attaching systems 9, 11 are provided around a rotary type filling machine 1. And in the following transporting area CD on the transporting path, the bottle 2 filled and labelled is closed with a cap by a closing means 8 consolidated in a filling mechanism 6 in a condition where atmospheric pressure is barred. Furthermore, the closed bottle 2 reaches a so-called star carrying part 12, and the star carrying part delivers the bottle to a discharge conveyor 13 at regular intervals. By this, efficient work can be realized.</p> |
