摘要 |
PURPOSE:To contrive the improvement of formability and buckling strength and the reduction of manufacturing cost by forming the bottom material of an electronic part conveying container of a specific polypropylene sheet. CONSTITUTION:The bottom material 1 of a conductive electronic part conveying container is formed of the polypropylene sheet 3 having a melt flow rate of 2.5-3.5 g/10 min (when measured at 23 deg.C under a load of 2,160 g) and a bending elastic modulus of at least 16,000 Kgf/mm. This polypropylene sheet 3 consists of the homopolymer of polypropylene. Although the thickness of this polypropylene sheet 3 can be changed adequately according to the size and weight of the electronic part to be carried therein, it is generally 0.2-0.7 mm. This permits an inexpensive and efficient manufacture of the bottom material 1 having a recess part sufficient in buckling strength and good in forming accu racy. |
