PURPOSE: To enhance the density, matching and working efficiency of a winding by adjusting the reciprocal length of a needle through a stator and varying the vibratory phase at each end of the stator according to the reciprocation. CONSTITUTION: Neutral point 124 of each revolution due to vibration is obtained not simultaneously with reversion of the reciprocal direction shown at point 126 but after reversion. Consequently, a wire 102 has a trend to be deviated from a needle along a path shown at 130. Consequently, a wire being taken out from the stator end is shifted from a contact point Z to Y without touching a preceding wire while occupying the positions close to and remote from the stator end in the radial direction. Furthermore, a return stroke is started in front of the neutral point of vibration as the rotation due to vibration proceeds. Consequently, the wire rides on a previously wound wire and then it is pulled into an air gap 104 at a moment of time when the needle is returned with respect to the stator. According to the method, winding at the air gap is accelerated resulting in the enhancement of the density, matching and working efficiency of a winding. |
