PURPOSE:To duplicate holding of information by arranging two or more monitor central devices for rolling stock, a plurality of monitor auxiliary devices for detecting and monitoring respective vehicle information, and a transmission cable for connecting said respective devices to each other in the shape of a loop. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of monitor auxiliary devices 1 arranged in the respective vehicles of a train, a front side monitor central-device 3a set on the most front line, a rear side monitor central-device 3b set on the most rear line, display devices 4a, 4b, and fault recording data housing sections 5a, 5b are configured into a transmission lop through a transmission cable 2. By the monitor central devices 3a, 3b, the train information of fault generation and the like detected by the monitor auxiliary devices 1 is collected via the transmission cable 2, and a fault recording data base is created. When the front side monitor central device 3a gets out of order, then the information is continuously collected by the rear side monitor central device 3b, and when the front side monitor central device 3a is reset, the information until then is fed to the front side monitor central device 3a from the rear side monitor central device 3b. |
