PURPOSE:To manufacture the chopsticks box free from molding flaws in a short operation, by assembling the mold core of the chopsticks box from a bench like core assembly, two mobile plates, the back plate composed of three central plates and two reversely tapered side plates. CONSTITUTION:The core is composed of the bench like core 80 which forms the inside part of the chopsticks box except the opening edge part, two mobile plates 70, 70 which form the inside opening edge of the chopsticks box, three central plates 62, 63 and two reversely tapered side plates 64, 64. Synthetic resin is injected in the mold composed of the core and the cavity 90. After hardening the cavity 90 is released, then the central plate 63 and the side plate 64 which are fixed to the back plate are moved downward. At this time two mobile plates 70 are pushed by the tapered part of the side plate 64 and move to the center of the mold axis and are released smoothly from the lid grooves, then the mobile plates 70 are ejected, thereafter the core 80 is removed. |
