<p>PURPOSE:To dynamically control a network to effectively use system resources by pooling the number of simultaneously connectable information processors as the maximum value to manage a room for network connection of each communication destination. CONSTITUTION:A network constitution controller is included in an information processor 8 connected to a packet switching network 18, where the network constitution is executed in accordance with procedures prescribed by X. 25, through a subscriber line 13 and is provided with a network connection managing means 2, a network procedure control means 3, and a control table 6. The number of information processors capable of simultaneous communication is preliminarily set to the control table 6, and this number is pooled as the maximum value, and a chain of the number of unused processors out of this maximum number of processors is formed. A destination attribute managing means 1, a logical channel room managing means 4, and a network node room managing means 5 refer to the control table 6 in accordance with the indication of a connection managing means 2 and a procedure control means 3 to manage a room for network connection of each communication destination.</p> |
