PURPOSE: To secure a high resolution by equipping a capillary with an inside filament means for dissipating non-uniform heating. CONSTITUTION: The capillary 78 has a solid inside filament. A circular capillary 80 having a wall part 82 and an inside diameter 84 surrounds a filament, 85 having an outside diameter 85. The capillary 80 is in contact with the filament 85 at a contact point 88. The solid inside filament may be provided over the entire length of a separation column, and may not adhere to the wall of the outside capillary. Thus, a high resolution can be secured. |
