<p>PURPOSE:To simplify inputting and to improve working efficiency by converting a voice signal into character data, storing the character data and then calibrating the stored character data as a sentence to send the sentence. CONSTITUTION:A voice input device 1 converts a voice signal into character data and stores the character data in the memory. Then, the device 1 calibrates the stored character data as a sentence, and when Japanese expression 'desu, masu' mode is specified as a style, a sentence inputted by a 'dearu' mode is also converted into the 'desu masu' mode and the converted sentence is sent to a receiver 3 through a line 2. Thereby, the input can be simplified, the number of input errors can be reduced and the working efficiency can be improved.</p> |
