PURPOSE:To save a trouble on user by continuously executing the input and execution of simulation data and the output of results. CONSTITUTION:An evaluation index is stored in an evaluation index storage means 1 and factor data modeling the generation time and generation pattern distribution of factors exerting influence upon the evaluation index are stored in a factor data storage means 2. A basic model based upon restricting condition data such as a process constituting the system, its connection data, the standard time of the process, procedure, and a production plan is stored in a basic model data storage means 3. An evaluation model forming means 4 inputs the contents of the storage means 2, 3 to form an evaluation model. An execution frequency storage means 5 stores the execution frequency (i) of simulation and a simulation executing means 6 executes the formed model, calculates the index value of the storage means 1 and increases the execution frequency (i) one by one. A result data storage means 7 receives data from the execution means 6 and a graphic formation output means 8 forms a graph by using the result data of the storage means 7 at the frequency N. A simulation execution control means 9 repeats simulation N times while using the i-th factor stored in the storage means 2 and stores the repeated result in the storage means 7. Since the input and execution of data and the output of the result are continuously executed, the excess trouble in the operation can be saved. |
