Tert.-butyl esters of substituted 3-oxypropionic acid of the general formula I R[-O-(CH2)2-COOC(CH3)3]n (I> in which R represents alkyl having 2, 3 or 5 to 20 C atoms, alkanediyl having 2 to 20 C atoms, alkanetriyl having 3 to 20 C atoms, alkanetetryl having 4 to 20 C atoms, alkenyl having 3 to 20 C atoms, alkenediyl having 4 to 20 C atoms, alkynyl having 3 to 20 C atoms, alkynediyl having 4 to 20 C atoms, polyether- alpha , omega -diyl of the general formula <IMAGE> in which R<1> represents hydrogen and/or methyl and l represents an integer from 4 to 400, where the radicals R can be substituted by one to five substituents from the group comprising halogen, hydroxyl, alkoxy, alkoxyalkyl, acyloxy, trialkylsilyl, thiol, thio, sec.-amino, tert.-amino, oxime ether, nitro, haloalkyl, aldehyde, acyl, ketal, ester, nitrile, optionally substituted aryl and aromatic or non-aromatic heterocycles, and n is 1 to 4. |
