PURPOSE:To prevent the illicit access to a data file by saving the name of an operator together with data when the operator accesses data in the data base and outputting an notice message to a manager when the specified operator accesses the specified data more than the fixed number of times. CONSTITUTION:When the operator accesses the data in the data base, the data of the access and the name of a operator are saved together with these data and the operator name saved in the past is retrieved simultaneously. Then, the number of times for connection between the specified operator and the specified data is made clear. Accordingly, when the specified operator accesses the specified data more than the fixed number of times, the notice message is outputted to the manager of the operator and otherwise, the access to the data by the specified operator is prohibited. Thus, the illicit access can be prevented. |
