<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a positioning mechanism easily manufactured and with high incident angle accuracy of magnetic tape by performing positioning by abutting a perpendicular post with two planes formed in V shaped, and abutting an oblique post at two, upper and lower, parts on one plane. CONSTITUTION:A positioning fixing operation is performed by applying a setting force on a rod 5a in a direction of arrow head with a pressing and driving mechanism. In other words, the balance of power can be obtained at six points in total by abutting the perpendicular post 6 with a first abutting plane 11a and a second abutting plane 11b at points A, B, respectively, abutting the oblique post 9 with an oblique post catcher upper part 12 and an oblique post catcher lower part 13 at points C, D, respectively, bringing an upper abutting part 16 into contact with a third abutting plane 19 at a point E, and bringing a lower abutting part 18 into contact with the upper plane of a substrate 1 at a point F. Also, those catcher parts can be cut with the same process with an end mill, etc., after cutting a drum base upper plane when they are formed integrally with a drum base 2. Thereby, manufacturing easily is performed, and the positioning with high accuracy is realized, and the dispersion of the incident angle of the magnetic tape 4 on a rotary drum 3 is reduced.</p> |
