PURPOSE:To instantaneously obtain the information in response to the needs of an operator by selecting the information out of a screen to supply the necessary items and therefore extracting the information equivalent to that obtained at production of another program. CONSTITUTION:A list of desired names of business forms is produced with selection of the items shown on a screen and with the necessary header contents, items and arranging order. That is, an optional title can be chosen as a list name and is outputted as a name list title 1. An header item 2 is selected and outputted after deciding the items to be arranged as a header. At selection of the detailed part items, the necessary information can be outputted in the optional order as a name list detail part 3. At input of the arranging order, the items following the header item are arranged as keys for the name list, and a name list is produced. Thus it is possible to instantaneously comply with the needs of the users. |
