PURPOSE:To obtain a semiconductor capacitor having large capacity per unit area, high breakdown voltage and satisfactory temp. characteristics of the capacity by using a compsn. consisting of BaTiO3 and specified oxides as a base and by adding MnCO3 and SiO2 to the compsn. CONSTITUTION:A compsn. consisting of, by mol, 89.0-98.7% BaTiO3, 0.2-2.0% Ta2O5, 0.1-1.0% at least one kind of oxide of rare earth element such as Nd2O3, 0.5-8.0% BaZrO3 and 1.0-12.0% TiO2 is used as a base and 0.03-0.30wt.% MnCO3 and <=0.2wt.% SiO2 are added to the compsn. to obtain a porcelain compsn. for a reduction-reoxidation type semiconductor capacitor. |
