PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition capable of quickly removing offensive odor from human body or article in direct treatment by impregnating a liquid obtained by dissolving a specific complex salt type high polymer electrolyte in an aqueous medium into a water absorbing nonwoven fabric material. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition obtained by impregnating a liquid obtained by dissolving a complex salt type high polymer electrolyte (e.g. formula II) expressed by formula I (X1 to X4 are H or methyl; Y1 to Y4 are H, hydroxymethyl or hydroxyethyl; a is 0.0001-0.4999; b is 0.0001-0.4999; a+b=0.001-0.5; c is 0-0.99; d is 0-0.99; c+d=0.5-0.99 and a+b+c+d =1:n is 10000-300000) in an aqueous medium into a water absorbing nonwoven fabric.
