PURPOSE:To obtain the subject oil reducing friction to metal according to high- speed spinning and improving converging property of fiber without generating trouble such as yarn breakage comprising a specific wax component and a cationic surfactant or an amphoteric surfactant. CONSTITUTION:(A) At least a wax selected from ester-based wax, paraffinbased wax and polyethylene-based wax, etc., having 30-130 deg.C is mixed with (B) at least a species of cationic surfactant or amphoteric surfactant expressed by formula I-formula V (m and n are m:n=0.5-2 and m+n=3; R1 is 7-21C alkyl or alkenyl; R2 is methyl or hydroxyl ethyl, etc.; R3 is 8-22C alkyl or alkenyl; R4 is methyl, etc.; X is halogen ion, 1-4C carboxylic acid or hydroxy carboxylic acid ion, etc.) and subjected to roller oiling in a shape of water emulsion in producing or finishing process of acrylic fiber to improve antistatic property or converging property of fiber according to speed increasing of spinning and prevent trouble generating from yarn breakage. |
