PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated sheet which is free from generation of a warpage and good in interlaminar adhesive property by providing a fluororesin film on the respective upper surfaces and/or the rear surfaces of the long-sized dry base materials of the required number of sheets which are impregnated with fluororesin and furthermore overlapping long-sized metallic foils on theoutermost sides in accordance with necessity and integrating the long-sized banklike laminated body while continuously transferring this laminated body and cooling the integrated body and thereafter cutting it into required dimension. CONSTITUTION:As a long-sized dry base material 1 impregnated with fluororesin, inorganic fiber such as glass and organic synthetic fiber such as polyester or the base material combined therewith are impregnated with the single substance, modified substance or the mixture of polytetra-fluoroethylene and utilized. As a fluororesin film 2, the film made of fluororesin is utilized as it is. As a metallic foil 3, a single foil of copper, etc., an alloy foil and a composite foil are utilized. As the laminating rolls 4, the rolls made of metal, rubber or synthetic resin are utilized or the surfaces of the metallic rolls are lined by rubber and synthetic resin and the rolls are arbitrarily utilized. As integration 6 of a long-sized banklike laminated body 5, integration temp. and integration time can be selected by the kind of resin. It is important that this integration is performed at from nonpressure to 20 kg/cm<2>. Cutting 8 after cooling 7 is not especially limited but cooling is desirably performed by quenching. |
