PURPOSE:To improve the machine operability by acquiring the terminal information to automatically start a job and therefore omitting the necessity to produce a job control language for each terminal. CONSTITUTION:A terminal information acquiring means 11 acquires a terminal ID of a work station which is presently executed by a command. A job control language production means 12 of the next stage produces a file name with addition of the terminal information acquired by the means 11 and produces a job control language which assigns and releases the relevant file based on the produced file name. A job execution means 13 carries out the job produced by the means 12, and a file assignment means 14 assigns a work file based on the file name added with the terminal information and produced by the means 12. Then a file release means 15 releases the work file. Thus the versatile applicability is improved.
