METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PACKING RAW MATERIAL POWDER INTO CAPSULE

PURPOSE:To efficiently pack raw material into a capsule with high density by applying vibration repeatedly in the vertical direction having the prescribed period while charging the raw material into the capsule with the prescribed charging velocity and packing. CONSTITUTION:A vertical vibration applying means 5 is arranged at lower end part of the capsule C. By vibrating this means 5, the repeating vibration and impact in the vertical direction having 20 - 45 Hz period is applied to the above capsule C. Then, under this condition, the raw material G is charged into the capsule C at 130 - 250 g/min charging velocity and packed.
