<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate such defects as being susceptible to the influence of overall dimensions, weight and vibration by providing and connecting truncated spherical welded members different in volume on at least two contact studs corresponding to each other provided on the relative faces of first and second parts and eliminating the wettability of the periphery of the welded members. CONSTITUTION: Contact studs 6 and 8 are formed on a part 2 made of semiconductor material, and contact studs 10 and 12 corresponding to each other are formed on a part 4 opposing to the part 2, and truncated spherical welded members 18 and 20 are formed between these parts 2 and 4, forming an angle between facing surfaces of the two parts 2 and 4. The welded members 18 and 20 different from each other in volume are formed by being heated in the state that the contact studs 6, 8, 10 and 12 are wettable by the welded members 18 and 20 in the molten state, while areas surrounding the members 18 and 20. Therefore, such defects as being susceptible to the influence of overall dimensions, weight and vibration, and being apt to relatively move can be eliminated.</p> |
