PURPOSE: To rapidly produce a container without making a hole in a hard housing by providing a process for plastically deforming a part of a flexible material, a process bringing the deformed part into contact with the inner surface of one of casing half bodies under pressure and a process bringing the casing half bodies into engagement with each other to fix them along with the flexible material spreading between both bodies. CONSTITUTION: A molding body 208 has the recessed part 210 corresponding to the internal constitution of a casing half body 138 and a heating block 216 is allowed to fall on the molding body 208 and a film 204 is heated to be drawn into a vacity 210 in a vacuum state. At the same time, casing half bodies 136, 138 are respectively placed within supports 212, 214 and the heating block 216 is guided to the gap between both half bodies. Subsequently, the supports 212, 214 are separated and the heating block 216 is removed. The film 204 having a forming part advances and the forming part is placed at an accurate position between the casing half bodies 136, 138 within the supports 212, 214 to be brought into contact with the inner surface of the casing half body 138. Thereafter, the supports 212, 214 are again moved and the film 204 is pressed at the gap between the casing half bodies 136, 138 to be welded. |
