PURPOSE:To obtain a semiconductor integrated circuit device in which no circuit erroneous operation due to a spike current generated when a logic block connected to an inner bus becomes an outputting state is eliminated by providing power source wiring pair for supplying power to a logic circuit including an output circuit to the bus, and power source wiring pair for supplying power to a logic circuit including no output circuit to the bus. CONSTITUTION:In a semiconductor integrated circuit device having a plurality of logic blocks f1-fk connected to inner buses d1-dn through input/output circuits, the blocks f1-fk include output circuits to the buses d1-dn, have first logic circuits a1-ak including no input circuits from the buses d1-dn, and second logic circuits b1-bk including no output circuits to the buses d1-dn, and supply powers to the blocks f1-fk by first power source wiring pair P1, N1 for supplying positive and negative powers to the circuits a1-ak and second power source wiring pair P2, N2 for supplying positive and negative powers to the circuits b1-bk. |
