<p>PURPOSE: To form a multi-layer film laminate capable of being deep-drawn by incorporating a powder-like pigment made of a light reflecting material in at least one film layer, adding the pigment at the time of forming the film, thereby reducing heating of the film by a radiating heat. CONSTITUTION: A pigment or aluminum powders 20, 22 are added to an upper film 12 and a lower film. The powders bring about reflections. As a result, a reduction in heating of the two films 12, 14 occurs. In this case, the film 14 contains more light reflecting powder than that of the film 12 by a percentage. In such novel film laminates 12, 14, even after a long time heat radiation 18, a limited temperature remains lower than a surface temperature. The reduction in the limiting temperature is performed by using aluminum powders 20, 22, and a temperature drop of substantially 30C is performed. Accordingly, the laminates 12, 14 are guaranteed for small damage even in the case of a strong heat radiation 18.</p> |
