PURPOSE:To suppress disturbance of the electromagnetic field mode and to improve the propagation efficiency by inserting a dielectric layer with a large dielectric constant to a corner part at which a strip line and a coaxial line are connected at an acute angle. CONSTITUTION:A strip conductor 3 is formed on a conductive base 1 made of an aluminum or the like via a dielectric base 2 and a coaxial line 4 is inserted to a throughhole 5 formed in common to the conductive base 1 and the dielectric base 2 and connected to them. A center conductor 4a of the coaxial line 4 is connected to the strip conductor 3 via a copper foil piece 7 with soldering or the like. Moreover, a dielectric layer surrounding the center conductor 4a is split into two (4b, 4b') in the axial direction and the dielectric constant of the dielectric layer 4b' placed in the vicinity of the dielectric base 2 is selected larger than the dielectric constant of the other dielectric layer 4b.
