The process for artificially cultivating Hijikia fusifonme shunzo suto (I) comprises (a) fertilizing the spermatozoon and the egg cell to form the young embryo in the water tank, (b) deserting the young embryo to form seaweeds and conglutinating to the special rope, and (c) cultivating the conglutinating young embryo in the artificial circumstance to obtain the full grown seaweeds. The obtained (I) has a long length and a short stem.
