<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the contact of metals of different kinds and keep corrosion resistance by inserting a drum part into a hole formed on the pipe wall of an installing target, engagingly locking a collar part provided on one end of the drum part with the peripheral part of the hole, and covering the drum part outer circumferential surface with a water-swelling rubber layer. CONSTITUTION:A drum part 11 is inserted into the hole 17 of an installing target, a collar part 12 provided on the drum part 11 is engagingly locked with the opening peripheral part of the hole 17, and the drum part 11 is disposed in such a manner that the other end of the drum part 11 is protruded into the inside of a cast iron pipe 14 over a pipe wall 16. In this state, a water-swelling rubber forming an expanding layer 13 absorbs the water in the pipe and swells to clog the gap between the inner circumferential surface of the hole 17 and the outer circumferential surface of the drum part 11. The expanding layer 13 situated on the other end peripheral part of the drum part 11 extends over the bore diameter of the hole 17, and the drum part 11 is engagingly locked with an inner lining 15. Thus, the copper material forming the drum part 11 and the iron material of the pipe wall 16 never contact to each other, and the drum part 11 is closely adhered to the inner circumferential surface of the hole 17 by the expanding layer 13. Thus, the corrosion by the contact of metals of different kinds can be prevented.</p> |
