PURPOSE:To constitute the above method so that a suspension tool is not cut off even if heavy external force is applied to the same, by a method wherein an original body of the suspension tool of the bottom part of a vessel is injection-molded integrally as a protrusion on the bottom part of a parison becoming a vessel main body and a resin molded by pressing the protrusion is made into the suspension tool. CONSTITUTION:A bottom parison 7 having a protrusion 6 in desired size on the bottom is injection-molded with an ordinary molding device, to begin with. After insertion of a parison, the same is moved by lifting the central part 10 of the bottom part from the lower part, a protrusion 6 is received into a holding part 9, a stretching rod 19 is inserted down to the bottom part from the upper part further and after prevention of a deviation of the center of the protrusion, molding of a vessel main body 1 is performed, in a blow mold. Then the central mold 10 of the bottom part is moved more lower than a press mold 11 and the protrusion 6 is exposed between the press molds 11. Then when both the press molds 11, 11 are moved forward and the exposed protrusion 6 is pressurized with a wall surface, the protrusion 6 becomes a flat and longitudinal resin piece 6 where it is expanded large laterally and a lateral groove 4 is formed on a joint with the bottom part of the vessel with the upper edge of a wall surface. A punch 12 is moved forward in succession to this press molding and punch forming of a suspension hole is performed. Consequently, the protrusion 6 becomes a suspension tool 3, which is integrated with the bottom part 2 of a vessel main body 1. |
