Intraossal pin assembly comprising an intraossal pin 10 with a threaded shank 12 with a passage in the main extending through this, a solid and pointed tip 13 at one end, the tip of which has a pair of concave depressions 41, 42, which produce cutting edges. At the opposite end of the shank or the boss, the pin is designed for coupling together with a matching gripper device. A handle is provided in the form of a spherical knob and is designed to telescopically receive the boss 11 of the pin, gripping around the latter.
