<p>PURPOSE:To culture a plant tissue in excellent acclimatization efficiency while reducing the consumption of agar and preventing the development of water- immersed state by using a medium produced by incorporating agar with a substance having negative electric charge such as clay mineral or polymer resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective medium is produced by mixing (A) agar used as a gelatinizing agent with a colloidal, powdery, granular or fibrous mixture of (B) a clay mineral such as montmorillonite, (C) a polymer resin having network structure and used in paper diaper, etc., and (D) humus.</p> |
