PURPOSE: To prevent from the tension and distortion of the cornea during and after a keratotomy by equipping with a means of converging laser beams and Axicon optic means in order to form projection laser beams as a number of dispersion spots or ammular spots on the cornea. CONSTITUTION: A non-contact surgery device 10 for cornea has a means to project the laser beam toward the cornea along an optical axis and this projection means offer a beam expander means 13 of the laser beam generated by the laser light source 11. The projection means has an Axicon optic means 18 to project laser beams as a number of dispersion beam spots in rotational symmetrical concentric circular shapes. Further, in keratoplasty and keratotomy, in order to change the cornea impression point, the diameter of dissection ad incision, etc., a means to move the Axicon lens 18 in the direction on shown by the arrow 'A' direction along the optic axis O1 , a means to rotate the lens 18 around the optic axis O1 in order to perform a curved cornea dissection and a means to move a condenser-focal lens 17 along the light axis O1 as a convergence means in order to perform a cornea dissection in the radius direction, are provided with this device. |
