PURPOSE:To generate musical sound data for automatic performance which is accurate and rich in expression by putting good parts of musical data which is inputted on a real-time basis and musical sound data on a step basis into one musical sound data. CONSTITUTION:A RAM 13 is stored with performance contents of a keyboard in order according to the tempo of a tempo clock 15 in real-time mode, but when the step input is selected, data inputted with a switch group 17, etc., are stored in respective storage areas. Then, the step data which has a small error in pitch and the real-time data which has fine variation in sounding level and sounding timing and is rich in expression are put together. Consequently, a musical sound data sequence (automatic performance data) which is secure in pitch and rich in expression is easily edited and generated. |
