PURPOSE:To eliminate the deformation of information recorded on a medium and to remove only the medium from a device by providing a memory cassette incorporating a semiconductor memory, an ejection mechanism consisting of an enclosure loadable on an organism and removes the cassette from the enclosure, and a drop prevention mechanism when the cassette is removed. CONSTITUTION:The memory cassette 2 incorporating the semiconductor memory, the ejection mechanism 3 connecting the cassette in electrode fashion by fitting from the outside and consisting of the enclosure 1 loadable on the organism and removes the memory cassette from the enclosure 1, and the drop prevention mechanism 4 when the cassette is removed are provided, and furthermore, a connector 2B exposed over a small vessel 2C and connects the semiconductor memory electrically to an external device is provided. In such a manner, since the memory cassette 2 incorporating the semiconductor memory is set as the medium, the skewness of the information due to expansion/compression can be eliminated, and also, since the information can be reproduced from the memory cassette 2 simultaneously with the recording of the information, reproducing time can be shortened. Furthermore, since the ejection mechanism 3 and the drop prevention mechanism 4 are provided, the memory cassette 2 can be removed. |
