摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To provide a means for detecting pancreatic cancer enabling the early detection and diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and useful for clinical application by means of a sandwiching method using a specific antibody for the detection of human fetal pancreatic protein in a specimen of a patient. CONSTITUTION:A mouse is immunized e.g. with human fetal pancreatic protein as an immunogen and the spleen cell of the mouse is fused with a mouse myeloma cell to establish a cell line (FERM 10983) capable of producing a monoclonal antibody Moo-26 having specific reactivity with said protein. The objective monoclonal antibody Moo-26 is produced from said line. Human pancreatic cancer is detected by determining the protein by means of a sandwiching method using said antibody.</p> |
