PURPOSE:To form a sharp pattern speedily by adhering a sheet for pattern formation to an adhered body across a colored image forming material layer, performing exposure processing through a photomask with a pattern, and peeling the sheet and leaving a colored pattern sticking on the adhered body. CONSTITUTION:The sheet 13 for pattern sheet 11 which is formed by providing the photopolymerizing colored image forming material layer 13 on a transparent flexible base material 12 is adhered to the adhered body 14 across the colored image forming material layer 13, the sheet is exposed through the photomask 15 with the pattern consisting of a light transmission part and peeled, and the colored pattern 17 consisting of the photosetting part of the colored image forming material layer 13 is fixed on the adhered body. Therefore, the colored image forming material layer 13 is hardly affected by the setting trouble of oxygen, speedy and sufficient photosetting is realized, and the layer is fixed strongly on the adhered body 14, so that the photosetting part can be left fixed on the adhered body 14 as a colored pattern. Consequently, the pattern with superior resolution can be formed speedily. |
