<p>PURPOSE:To form a stable negative pressure region and to surely suck the generated resin smoke into smoke capturing ducts without leaking the smoke by providing the discharge ports of the smoke capturing ducts near a resin smoke generating part and disposing the mouth edges of the discharge ports in extreme proximity to respective rolls which rotate at a fairly high speed in the directions opposite from the gravity flow of the resin smoke. CONSTITUTION:The discharge ports 11 of a pair of the smoke capturing ducts 7, 8 are disposed to face each other symmetrically from both sides in the upper part of a pendent adhesive layer 12 so that the discharge ports 11 directly face the resin smoke generating part. The entire amt. of the resin smoke is surely captured in this way even if the suction air quantity is small. The mouth edges of the discharge ports 11 are disposed in contact or extreme proximity with the side walls of a T-die 6. The rising of the resin smoke is shut off by the outside walls of the smoke capturing ducts 7, 8 in this way. Further, the mouth edges of the discharge ports 11 are disposed nearest the peripheral surfaces 1, 2 of the rolls 1, 2 rotating opposite from the rising direction of the resin smoke to form the negative pressure region. The smoke leakage around the smoke capturing ducts 7, 8 is completely prevented in this way.</p> |
