A hydro-pneumatic sprung suspension has a hydraulic piston cylinder arrangement (2) acting on two gas spring reservoirs (25,26), connected in parallel with each other. Pref. the gas spring reservoirs are effective over different but overlapping load ranges. The first gas spring reservoir is pref. also arranged inside the hydraulic piston cylinder arrangement, and the second gas spring reservoir outside it. ADVANTAGE - More compact assembly.
